  • Stubbz Bugz is proud to offer a live arrival guarantee! This means if your package of live dubia roaches do not make it to you alive we will gladly work with you to remedy the issue. 

    ​To help ensure your dubia arrive alive, we have a few precautions we take. Please read the information below. Purchasing live dubia from Stubbz Bugz means you have read the information below and agree to the terms listed. ​

    • Customers must track package and retrieve packages within a timely manner. Live dubia should not be left in mailbox, on porch, or at post office for extended periods of time. 

    • Once item is delivered please notify Stubbz Bugz within 4 hours of delivery if there is more than 10% death. Please submit a contact form and include the following: Name, Order Number, Address, and Pictures of Package including the outside of the box. 

    • Stubbz Bugz is not responsible for any items damaged or lost due to postal service or weather. Please contact the postal service for any claims due to mishandling of package. 

    • We recommend all packages be held for pickup at post office. If you would like your order to be held for pick up please select "hold for pickup" at check out. All orders over 1000 bugs will be automatically held for pickup. Items should be promptly picked up. Please contact Stubbz Bugz within 4 hours of pickup if there is more than 10% death. Please submit a contact form and include the following: Name, Order Number, Address, and Pictures of Package including the outside of the box. 

    • Stubbz Bugz does not offer refunds.
